Extent and limitations of Interactive Paper’s web services

Access to Platform

Interactive Paper provides their clients with access to their platform. Access credentials are provided to all major contact points on the client side for a specific Interactive Paper campaign upon the official start of the project (i.e. Kick-off Meeting). The access credentials are provided by email sent by  office@interactivepaper.com  and can be reset a reasonable number of times in case the client loses their access credentials. The client can log in at any given time and set up the digital content for their Interactive Paper campaign by themselves. Access to the data report is equally possibly on the described web platform. Access to platform and campaign data is possible for two years by Interactive Paper, starting from the day access was given to the client.

Web Tools

Included services

The provided web tools are the following: video player, quiz, survey, tile menu, contact form and redirect, as detailed in the web tool catalogue:  https://www.interactivepaper.com/webtool-catalog 
Any adaptations of the provided web tools that are possible directly on the platform without any additional help from Interactive Paper are included in the price when Interactive Papers are purchased. Guidance and advice to a reasonable extent are provided by Interactive Paper.

Limitations

Any additional costs that may arise for specific adaptations to the design and/or functionality of the existing web tools will require a separate agreement between Interactive Paper and the client.

Data tracking and Data report

Included services

Interactive Paper provides data tracking services. The data is prepared for the client in the Data Report. The Data Report comprises the following metrics:
  • Number of unique users
  • Number of interactions
  • Average interactions per user
  • Percentage of tracking activated
  • Usages and interactions per date and daytime
  • Percentage of returning users
  • Percentage of clicks per button
  • Time spent in total
  • Time spent per user
  • Percentage of time spent per button
  • Approximative geographic breakdown

Limitations

Except for Quarterly Interactive clients, an in-depth analysis of the campaign’s performance with comparative data involves additional costs.

Specific web services for Interactive Paper 3D and Tap

For clients who purchase one of the two AR products, namely Interactive Paper 3D and Tap, the above is not applicable.

Web services

For AR products, the set up of the 3D experience is included in the price when purchasing Interactive Paper 3D or Tap. This requires the client to provide a video and a 3D object in the agreed format to Interactive Paper. The client can give feedback to refine the experience.

Limitations

Any unreasonable number of requests by the client to modify the 3D experience that imply excess efforts by Interactive Paper involve additional costs and can be refused by Interactive Paper. The client will be notified of any price adjustments and must agree to them on an individual basis.

Data tracking and Data report

Interactive Paper provides data tracking services if not explicitly rejected by the client. The data is prepared for the client in the Data Report. The Data Report comprises the following metrics:
  • Total number of uses
  • Average session duration
  • Uses count by day
  • Uses count by hour
  • Geographical Overview of uses


Limitations

Any additional information than what is featured in the data report might involve additional costs.
