The Data Report

When using the Interactive Paper as an advertising measure in combination with the "Data Report," we use cookies to track user behavior on the Interactive Paper. This provides in-depth insight into the performance of the campaign. You can access the data report inside the Interactive Paper Management Platform. Log in and go to "Data Report." Select your campaign and product to see the performance data.

Demo of the Cookie Page

Here you can find an example of how that looks.

The Cookie & Privacy Policy of Interactive Paper GmbH is designed to provide maximum flexibility in analytical data with minimal implementation of subprocessors, the exclusion of third parties, and maximum compliance. Therefore, we have made it possible to choose inside the Data Report what will be tracked and what will not. There are three layers, as we call them, that are engaged when a campaign is running. Each layer can be activated and deactivated by either you, the customer, or the user of the Interactive Paper.

Layer 1: Anonymous click behavior
Layer 2: Usage and location data
Layer 3: Personally identifiable data

Layer
Short
Description
Layer 1
Basic data trackig
By activating "Basic data tracking," you get insights into how many times an Interactive Paper button was pressed, at what time, and for how long the Interactive Paper was used. There is no cookie data tracked for this feature.
Layer 1
Webtool data tracking
By activating "Web Tool tracking," you can see the click data collected by the web tools and buttons. Here is the data that is being collected through the cookie tracking per Web Tools:
Quiz: clicks and answers per question, time
Survey: answers and results by time, time spent
Video: watch time

Layer 2
Usages tracking
By activating "Usage tracking", cookie data is stored from the users and you can see how many people accessed the Interactive Paper and how many times.
Layer 2
Location tracking
When activating "location tracking," we use the anonymized IP addresses of the user to track the user's location (zip code, city, and country).
Layer 3
Lead tracking
By activating this feature, you can track the behavior of your users on the Interactive Paper by their name. There are two ways of doing this.
Personalized tracking: either you use the feature "personalized tracking" which can be purchased.
Contact form: you can use the contact form Web Tool to collect lead data.
In this sense, "Lead tracking" needs to be activated if you use a contact form.
If the tracking is completely deactivated, no Pop-Up will appear to show the data processing consent.

Choose what is being tracked

You can choose inside the Interactive Paper management platform what data is being tracked for your product/campaign. Log into your account Campaigns ⟶ Manage ⟶ Manage ⟶ Tracking. Here you can activate and deactivate the different tracking layers.
